DexCare.ai App Shell

This host serves the shared app shell — the top bar and waffle launcher that every DexCare.ai app renders, so no app maintains its own copy.

Two paths, on purpose

`/v1/shell.js`	Rolling. Updates in place, cached for 5 minutes — so an improvement reaches every app within minutes and no consumer redeploys. This is the one you want. Cannot be used with subresource integrity: the file changes, so a pinned hash would break on the next release.
`/pin/<version>/shell.js`	Immutable. Never changes, cached for a year, safe to use with an `integrity` attribute. For an app that must freeze the shell during its own release window. Pinning opts you out of universal updates — the drift this package exists to prevent. Use it briefly, not as a default.
